Apologetics for the 21st Century

Greetings! Josh Mcdowell and others have revealed that almost 70% of young people today who have grown up in the church have turned their backs on Christianity by the time they finish college. We cannot afford to have this trend continue. Our children are too precious to us and to God for us to allow that. Therefore, we need to arm them against the onslaught that they may face when they leave home for the “real world.” My desire in this course is to analyze what is false by contrasting it with true biblical Christianity. In this way we will be able to not only avoid the pitfalls ourselves, but we will also be prepared to help others out of the "sinking sand."

Below you will find a chart of the topics that I am planning to cover in the Worldview/Apologetics class for this next year. I am excited about teaching this material and I am excited about the great students that the Lord is sending our way. I believe that this is going to be a significant class in our lives. This is material that students really need to grapple with before they go off to college.
